Cancellation Policy

TERMS & CONDITIONS By proceeding with your booking you agree to the below conditions. Your agreement also covers your guests, and as such you are responsible for their behaviour. PAYMENT: Payment for services is to be completed as a deposit on booking with remainder paid in full in cash on Performers arrival. Deposits can be paid by Visa/Mastercard over the phone, (fee may apply) by Invoice or Direct Deposit. Booking deposit is non refundable but may be transferred to another booking date at management discretion. TRAVEL FEE: All bookings that exceed 30kms from the Adelaide CBD may incur a travel fee surcharge in addition to the price. CHANGES: From time to time, our Entertainers may become unavailable at short notice due to circumstances outside of our control – if this occurs we will fulfil your booking with another performer. We will do our best to advise you of this change as soon as possible. Please note not all Entertainers will be shown on our website – this is as agreed with the entertainer. BOOKING TIME: Booking time is indicative and subject to change. While our entertainers do their very best to arrive on time for your booking, unavoidable delays may sometimes occur. If this occurs Pony or the entertainer will communicate with you to advise their ETA. You should expect your Entertainer to arrive no less than 10 minutes before your booked time (to allow preparation) unless otherwise communicated. NO TOUCHING: Our Entertainers are strictly HANDS OFF – guided touching only. (Guided meaning the performer will take your hand and place it where you can touch) SHOW RESTRICTIONS: Some performers may choose not to perform certain shows with mixed audiences. This will be at their discretion however will be communicated before your booking date to allow for changes to show or performer. PHOTOS: We want to see ALL the pics, however due to privacy reasons some performers may not allow this. Please check on their arrival. There is to be strictly no photography/videos taken during shows/while the performer is naked. Please abide by this as broken phones often offend. BOOKING TERMINATION: Under some rare circumstances our performers are entitled to leave your job with no notice, with full pay. These circumstances include, but are not limited to Unsafe Environment, Unwanted Physical Advances, Terms & Conditions not being adhered to. This will at all times be for the safety and wellbeing of our Entertainer. Full T&Cs available
